Tara Rismani
Tara has had experience in many areas of law. Today she focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, and personal injury law. Tara’s true talents lie in being able to analyze a case at the early stages of litigation and guide her clients toward an educated and gainful resolution.
WHAT I DO: I am a civil litigation attorney, focusing primarily on cases involving complex commercial and corporate litigation, and insurance claims.
WHO I WORK WITH: I work with anyone who has a complex corporate or commercial litigation claim or a dispute with an insurance company. I work largely but not exclusively with corporations, businesses, and personal injury clients who have discovered how difficult and frustrating it can be to navigate the complexities of corporate compliance or to get an insurance company to pay a claim fairly and promptly.
WHY IT WORKS: My greatest strength is analyzing a case at the early stage of the litigation and guiding my clients toward the best possible outcome. Over the years I have learned how to be exceptionally tenacious in my cases out of a genuine desire to get my clients the outcome they need and deserve. In my 13-plus years with The Contiguglia Law Firm, P.C., Andy and I have recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of our personal injury clients. While no attorney can promise you a specific outcome, you can trust me to be honest and upfront with you, and work hard to get you a result that will put your mind at ease.
WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: The inside knowledge I gained practicing at an insurance defense firm means I know how they think and operate, and that strategic knowledge helps me to be pragmatic and realistic with my clients. It’s important to remember that your best interests and the insurance companies’ goals are not the same things. That’s where I can help you.
